Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Enpower Org DNA™. This policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.

1. Pro Plan — 7-Day Refund Window

• Your refund request must be received within 7 days of the initial Pro payment
• This applies to new subscriptions only — not renewals
• Email your request to info@enpower.pro with your account email and transaction ID

2. Monthly Subscription Renewals

After the initial 7-day window, monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. Your subscription gives you full access to Pro features for the entire billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days.

3. AI Credit Packs

Purchased AI credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits expire after 12 months from purchase and are not refundable upon expiry. If a technical issue caused incorrect credit consumption, contact us and we will review your case.

4. Add-ons

Add-on purchases (extra audit slots, PPTX exports) are non-refundable once the feature has been activated. If you accidentally purchased an add-on and have not used it, contact us within 48 hours.

5. Technical Issues and Service Outages

• Outages less than 24 hours: No refund, but we may issue AI credits at our discretion
• Outages 24–72 hours: Pro-rated credit for days affected
• Outages more than 72 hours: Pro-rated refund for days affected

6. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise / Agency plans are specified in your individual enterprise agreement. Email info@enpower.pro for details.

7. How to Request a Refund

  Send your request to info@enpower.pro with subject "Refund Request".

  Include your details

  Include your registered email, Razorpay transaction ID, and reason for the request.

  We review within 2 business days

  We will confirm receipt and review your eligibility within 2 business days.

  Refund processed

  Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

8. Cancellation vs Refund

• Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until end of current billing period. No refund issued.
• Refund request: Must be within the eligible window. Results in refund and immediate downgrade to Free plan.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan in the platform. To request a refund, email us directly.

9. Disputes

Please contact us at info@enpower.pro before initiating a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback may result in account suspension during the investigation period.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
